MAJOR MISCONDUCT
Aces Hockey #1
Kelly Jamieson
Releasing Oct 13th, 2015

In Kelly Jamieson’s seductive new Chicago Aces romance—perfect for readers of Sawyer Bennett and Toni Aleo—a fun-loving free spirit tempts an uptight hockey star into opening himself up to love.

As the captain of the Chicago Aces, Marc Dupuis is all business. The apartment he shares with his teammate and best friend, Duncan, is a refuge from the pressures of fame. But when the sexiest woman he’s ever seen interrupts his early morning coffee wearing only a skimpy cami and matching panties, Marc can’t exactly say he minds. Their chemistry is off the charts. Unfortunately, this girl’s no random puck bunny. She’s Duncan’s little sister—and she’s moving in.

Lovey Armstrong could stare at Marc’s chiseled abs and listen to his French-Canadian accent all day. She just has no idea what’s going on inside his head: When he’s not charming her pants off, Marc makes a Zamboni machine seem warm and cuddly. Lovey knows the team’s bro code says no messing with sisters, but all these mixed messages are hard on a girl’s self-esteem—especially since she’s finally getting her new life together in Chicago. She decides he’s worth another shot . . . because if anyone can melt the ice around Marc’s heart, it’s Lovey.

Review:
I enjoyed Lovey  and Marc's story. I thought it started out really strong with Lovey moving to Chicago and living with her brother and Marc. They had incredible attraction to one another and you could see it from both sides.

Even though Duncan warns everyone away from his baby sister, Marc can't stop thinking about her. When they finally get together it was explosive.

I think this book had wonderful characters that I am excited to learn more about during the series. It had the right amount of romance and some hot sex scenes to add to it. Since this was a hockey book I would have really wanted more hockey scenes to read about. With Marc, lovey and Duncan sitting around eating (and that happens a lot) wasn't that interesting.

I enjoy lovey trying to get a hold of her life and trying to show her family that she can do whatever she can and if she messes up that it would be okay because she is an adult and will start over. I did get tired of Duncan talking about how much she runs from job to job or from boyfriend to boyfriend.

The only real drama in this book was their secret relationship and I think I wanted a little bit more or maybe more of a suspense of what would happen. Overall I really enjoyed it and I am looking forward to reading and seeing more of this series and what is in store.
