Review:
Ms. Macomber delivers another holiday treat in the Twelve Days of Christmas. This story is about how a simple act of kindness can not only change a person but give them hope. If this is made into a lifetime movie I would definitely watch it.

Cain has been screwed over in the past and not just by the woman he thought he was dating. His parents abandoned him at a young age and he was raised by his grandparents. He decided to move closer to his job but his overly friendly and cheerful neighbor is getting on his nerves.

Julia can't believe the Scrooge who moved across the hall from her. He's rude and steals her newspaper. She has tried to make small talk but nothing works until her best friend suggests that she kill him .. With kindness and blog about it. Little by little she is chipping away at him but when he finds out about the blog will he stick around?

I thought this story was cute and sweet. I always enjoy holiday themed stories and Ms. Macomber definitely has them down to a science. I loved the build of their relationship and the progress Julia actually made with Cain within the 12 days. It really showed that good people do exist in the world.

Cain thought she was attractive and yet annoyingly cheerful and she did come off that way at times but her character grew from the beginning whiles Cain's character stood at a stand still until the very end. But overall I thought this was a cute romantic read that is already getting me in the holiday spirit.

My Act of Kindness:
My cousin-in-law just had a baby in addition to her two year old. Her Husband, my cousin, works crazy hours so I decided to help out. I made a bunch of meals for her to freeze so she wont have to cook and can just take care of the kids. I am hoping this will help them out and they will have more time to spend with one another then whipping up meals.
