Guest Post & Giveaway with Keri Ford

Thanks, Danielle for having me! And sorry I’m a day late. Ack! Kids. When they’re sick, it changes everything. So because I was a loser and didn’t get this early enough, I’ll give away 2 SETS of books. That’s two winners who will each win a copy of ALL I WANT IS YOU (A Chester Farms Novella) and NEVER STOPPED LOVING YOU (A Chester Farms Novel, 1).

On to the blog!

Do you know what time of year it is? Yes, yes. It’s spring. And it’s been all march madness and school is soon coming to an end and so much more stuff. BUT, it’s also planting season.

Or, it’s supposed to be planting season. Excuse me while I make a face. If you have a garden, you’ll know why I’m making a face. Two words for you: Cold Weather.

I got all my tomatoes in the ground. It won’t stop raining and guess what? It’s in the thirties tonight and tomorrow. That’s right, we’re bumping freezing temps here.

What does all that have to do with my Chester Farms series? Chester Farms is a family owned/operated fruit and vegetable farm. I can tell you, they’re having way better weather than I am right now.

If you could grow any fruit or vegetable, what would it be? I’d grow pineapple. We don’t have the weather for it, but man, I would LOVE that. And a banana tree too.

  1. I've been trying peaches and plums but the birds get to them before they even ripen. These books sound great, thanks for the chance to win.

  3. Star fruit!!! My grandmother and I used to eat them all the time together. We would buy them at our local grocery store. I have not been able to find them anywhere for years so I would love to grow them :)
